We used <a href="http://www.tecspecialty.com/content/products.aspx?product_id=82"><span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0">Tec</span> <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1">Hydraflex</span></a> waterproofing and crack isolation membrane. 3 coats were applied with a brush and roller.<br /><br />Standing 4 1/2' tall and 17' long. We tiled the entire standing face of the fountain with <a href="http://www.senecatiles.com/about/">Seneca clay</a> 4x4 tiles, on a diagonal. The basin was tile in a brick pattern. <a href="http://www.tecspecialty.com/content/products.aspx?product_id=35"><span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2">Tec</span> <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3">Superflex</span></a> and 3N1 thin-set were used.<br /><br />Before grouting it is highly recommended to seal the tile. We applied 2 coats <a href="http://facilities.uoregon.edu/custodial/PDF/UO_heavy.pdf"><span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4">Stonetech</span></a> professional heavy-duty exterior sealer.<br /><br />Grout used was Clay sanded. We mixed grout with 100% <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5">Tec</span> grout additive.
